Introduction
Welcome to Be Kind Coaching LLC! Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your agreement when registering for any of our products or programs. By purchasing our products, you (referred to as “Client”) agree to these terms.
Program Participation
Be Kind Coaching LLC provides online courses designed to enhance your parenting skills. As a participant, you agree to follow all policies and procedures outlined in this agreement.
Disclaimer
Important: MegAnne Wood and Be Kind Coaching LLC are not your employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, therapist, or financial analyst. Our programs are not intended to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. If you experience health issues, please consult a qualified professional.
Be Kind Coaching LLC does not guarantee:
- Success in business, results, or sales.
- Assistance with future business contracts.
- Publicity or promotional opportunities.
- Connections to our professional network after the program ends.
Financial Responsibilities
You are responsible for completing all payment plans associated with your purchases. We may use a collection agency for any unpaid amounts.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your card monthly.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for our C.L.E.A.R. and Kind Parents programs except under specific conditions.
Note: If you select a payment plan, you are legally required to complete it. We may pursue collection for any unpaid balances.
Conditional Guarantee
We provide a 365-day Conditional Guarantee, but we do not issue refunds. To qualify, you must complete the course, attend coaching calls (or watch replays), and submit a Debrief from the strategies taught.
Note: All refunds are discretionary. If you download training materials and request a refund immediately after, we may deny your request to prevent misuse of our resources.
Confidentiality
Be Kind Coaching LLC respects your privacy and expects the same in return. Any confidential information shared is proprietary to the disclosing party and must not be disclosed to others. Both parties agree to keep all private information confidential and secure.
Client Responsibility
Our products are for educational purposes only. You are entirely responsible for your progress and results. Be Kind Coaching LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results vary for each individual. Our information is general and not tailored to specific situations.
Authorization and Release
By participating, Be Kind Coaching LLC has the right to ask for your permission to record and use your participation (audio, video, images) for promotional purposes without further compensation. You affirm that any statements you make are truthful and reflect your honest opinions.
Limitation of Liability
You use our services at your own risk. Be Kind Coaching LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from your participation. You accept all risks associated with our programs.
Non-Disparagement
Both parties agree not to disparage each other publicly or privately. This includes any negative comments about Be Kind Coaching LLC or its representatives.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Be Kind Coaching LLC against any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our products, excluding cases of our negligence.
No Transfer of Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Be Kind Coaching LLC are copyrighted. You may not use them for commercial purposes or share them without permission.
Independent Contractor Status
This agreement does not create a partnership or employment relationship. Each party remains an independent contractor.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, war, etc.).
Severability/Waiver
If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the remaining sections will remain in effect. Not exercising any right does not waive that right in the future.
Assignment
You cannot assign this agreement without written consent from Be Kind Coaching LLC.
Modification
Be Kind Coaching LLC may modify these terms at any time, with changes posted on our website.
Termination
We aim to provide a positive experience. Be Kind Coaching LLC may terminate your participation at its discretion if you disrupt the program or fail to follow guidelines.
Resolution of Disputes
If disputes arise, they must first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association within 100 days. The decision will be binding.
Equitable Relief
If a dispute arises where monetary relief is inadequate, the injured party may seek equitable relief from a court.

Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA.
